Christian Loizeau : About

I am 28 years old. I was born in Mahé (Seychelles) but have been calling Montreal my home for over 20 years now. Even though celebrities such as Salma Hayek, Prince William and Victoria and David Beckham have taken some time off in the Seychelles, few people know about it and even fewer have set foot on its land. The country lies in the middle of the Indian Ocean neighboring Madagascar and Mauritius. I highly recommend a visit to the Seychelles to anyone who has the opportunity (and financial means) to do so.

As you may have noticed, I am not pro photographer. I’m just a guy with a camera who loves to travel. The countries I have been to include Australia, Canada, Cuba, El Salvador, England, France, Mauritius, Mexico, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, the Seychelles, Singapore and the United States. With countless other destinations around the world, rest assured that more photos are coming.

Most of my recent photos (post 2009) are taken with Nikon D60 and in rare occasions, with an iPhone. Older ones might have been captured with a Canon G7, Sony DSC-P200 or Canon SD110.
